1. Scope of application

1.1 Contractual partner

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to the use of our website (“Internet Pages”) accessible at www.puregoatcompany.uk.com, in particular our online shop (the “Online Shop”), and to all purchase agreements concluded via the Online Shop between you, as our customer (at least eighteen (18) years old and acting exclusively as a consumer), and us, The Pure Goat Company B.V., H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 123, NL-1096 AM Amsterdam (The Netherlands).

We do not recognise any deviating general terms and conditions unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

1.2 Customer; delivery

The offers in our Online Shop are directed exclusively at consumers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of contract

2.1 Minimum order value; customary order quantities

Orders may be subject to a minimum order value. Orders are limited to quantities customary for consumers (max. 6 packs per order). For larger orders, contact info@puregoatcompany.com.

2.2 Ordering process

The presentation of goods in the Online Shop does not constitute a binding offer. Products can be added to the cart using “Add to cart”. By clicking “Send order” you submit a binding offer. Before sending, you may correct your data. Your order can only be submitted if you accept the GTC and acknowledge the cancellation policy and data protection information.

2.3 Conclusion of the purchase contract

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt, which does not constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded only when you receive a separate acceptance email (“Order confirmation”). A dispatch notification follows. Contract text is stored in accordance with data protection laws.

3. Consumer right of withdrawal

3.1 Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.

Please include your order number or forward the original order confirmation email.

You will receive a return label from our customer service, provided no other arrangements have been made. Please send the products back as soon as possible.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery times

Delivery times run from the date of order confirmation, provided payment is received. Standard delivery time is 2 days from our distribution center in Rushden

4.2 Availability of goods

If goods are unavailable, you will be informed immediately. If permanently unavailable, the contract is not concluded.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Prices and shipping costs

We offer free shipping to all UK addresses. For orders under £13, a delivery fee of £3.95 applies.

7. Payment modalities

7.1 Due date

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

10. Vouchers

If, at our sole discretion, we grant you coupons, promotional vouchers or other monetary benefits, for example in the form of discount codes (collectively referred to as “voucher(s)”), you may redeem them exclusively during the online order process and within the specified validity period, subject to the following conditions: All vouchers may only be redeemed once and may not be combined with other promotions. Only one voucher may be redeemed per order. If the redemption of a voucher is excluded below a certain minimum order value per order, we will indicate this in our offers. If the benefit granted by the voucher consists of a percentage or fixed Euro discount, the voucher applies to our entire product range, except reduced items, and will be automatically deducted from your invoice amount. Any voucher value exceeding the invoice amount will expire. A cash payout of the voucher value is excluded. If the voucher grants other monetary benefits, such as free product additions in the form of product samples, these will be supplied with your order while stocks last.


11. Free product additions

If, at our sole discretion, we grant you free product additions in the online shop (possibly from a certain minimum order value) (hereinafter referred to as “goodie(s)”), you may claim these exclusively during the online order process and within the specified validity period under the following conditions: The available goodies will be displayed to you during the ordering process. We only grant goodies while stocks last. Which goodies are displayed to you and how many you may select and add to your cart free of charge may also depend on the value of your order. If you do not select any goodie(s), you will no longer be entitled to them after completing your order. A cash payout of the value of the goodie(s) is excluded.

12. Set-off; retention rights

Counterclaims are only allowed if legally established or undisputed.

Information on the EU platform for online dispute resolution is provided. We do not participate in consumer arbitration.

16. Subscriptions

Payment for Subscriptions
If you purchase or subscribe to one of our product subscriptions, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes in EUR. If you do not pay these fees and taxes, your access to the subscription will be terminated.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that, for the duration of your subscription:
(a) we may store your payment method (e.g., credit card) and continue charging it to prevent interruption of the subscription,
(b) we may calculate the taxes you owe based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase, and
(c) we or our third-party payment processor are authorized to automatically charge you approximately monthly using the payment method stored with our payment processor, and the payment may not always occur on the same day each month.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust the prices for products or subscriptions in any manner and at any time at our sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, price changes or material changes to your subscription plan will take effect after providing reasonable notice to you.

All subscriptions must be paid in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time the subscription becomes due. Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal. Any blocking or restriction of your account by a payment processor is solely your responsibility.

You understand and agree that neither we nor our third-party payment processor require any additional authorization from you for automatic, recurring subscription payments. Please contact us at info@puregoatcompany.com to manage your delivery or payment method.

Customer Account
If you do not yet have a customer account with Pure Goat Company, we recommend creating one so you can manage your subscription more easily.

Renewal and Cancellation of Subscriptions
You agree that when you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the frequency specified in your subscription plan, and your payment method will automatically be charged at the beginning of each new subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period.

To avoid future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the renewal date of the subscription period. To do so, go to www.puregoatcompany.com and log in to your account. Select the order you wish to modify or cancel.

All ad hoc purchases are final. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. If you wish to add items to your order, Pure Goat Company reserves the right to treat each addition as a separate order.

No Refunds for Subscriptions
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for partially used periods.

Please Note: We Reserve the Following Rights

  • The minimum order value for a subscription is 2 tins per order.
  • The subscriber must place at least 2 orders before the subscription can be modified or cancelled. The 5% discount is intended as a reward for long-term cooperation and is not intended for a one-time purchase.
  • Full infant formula for ages 0–6 months is legally excluded from promotions and discounts. Therefore, we cannot offer a discount for subscriptions on these products.
