Ordering
You can easily place your order online with us, with or without creating an account. With an account, you don’t have to re-enter your details each time and you will have a clear overview of all your orders in one place. Creating an account is possible, but not required.
We can process a maximum of 6 tins per order. For larger or business orders, we kindly ask you to contact us via the contact form.

Order from Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM? Your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following Monday.

Our minimum order value is €16.95. This amount corresponds to one 400 g tin of Pure Goat Company products. - Good tip:
Combine our cereal porridge or our gluten-free snacks with your follow-on milk order to save on shipping costs.

We ship to various European countries.
For other European countries, shipping costs apply. The exact costs are automatically displayed during checkout.

Payment
Payment must be completed before the order can be shipped. You can pay using the following methods:

Right of Cancellation & Refund
For all orders placed via our webshop, you may cancel or return your order. You are entitled to a refund under the conditions stated below.
Timeframes
Once we have received confirmation of your payment, your order will be shipped.
Would you like to cancel your order? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@puregoatcompany.com, stating your order number or attaching your order confirmation.
If your order has not yet been processed by our shipping department, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to stop the shipment. Please contact our customer service to discuss the available options.
After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your products. If you meet the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
Returns
If you wish to return products, please contact our customer service in advance via info@puregoatcompany.com and always mention your order number.
Money-Back Guarantee
New to our brand and want to try our products? Order one tin and let your child try our goat milk formula.
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but your child does not drink the formula, you may use our money-back guarantee. You will receive a refund for one tin.
This guarantee applies to Pure Goat Company Follow-on Milk 2 and 3. Our Infant Formula 1 is excluded.
What should you do?
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to use the guarantee.
Our team will inform you about the procedure and guide you through the process.
Additional Conditions

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt or purchase in-store.

It must have been used according to the preparation instructions.

Maximum of one opened product per person and/or address.

If multiple tins were ordered, only one may be opened.
If a returned tin of Follow-on Milk 2 or 3 contains less than half of its contents, it is not covered.
Always contact customer service before returning products.
Refund
We aim to refund the purchase amount via the original payment method as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will request your IBAN.
Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate the guarantee at any time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
You will only receive the purchase amount of the returned products.
